Meet the Tutor.
As a math tutor, Shreya's mission is to empower students by focusing on a strong foundation in the basics and help them excel in their academic pursuits. With five years of tutoring experience at Kumon, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of various math and reading concepts and the ability to explain them in a clear and concise manner. I also provide SAT and ACT coaching services as a recent test-taker with an 780 on SAT Math section (99th percentile) and a 36 on the ACT Math section (full score). My firsthand test-taking expertise and recent high score achievements will help your college admission prospects. When it comes to competition math tests, Shreya has had an abundance of experience. She was a winner of the Akamai 2022 AMC12B award, given to the top five female scorers in the American Math Competition in the nation. In addition, she won first place in the 2018 Mathcounts Chapter Competition along with her team.
